Are Hoka Shoes PFAS Free?

Yes. Hoka shoes have been PFAS free since 2020. 1

Deckers, the parent company of Hoka, does not intentionally add PFAS to its products, and tests for 81 PFCs and PFASs.

Since 2020, testing has not detected any PFAS in Deckers products, meaning they are considered “PFAS-free”. “Free” in this context means that the level of PFAS is below the lowest detectable limit of the testing equipment, which is 0.01 mg/kg (10 ppb).

To ensure its products remain PFAS free, Deckers collaborates with third-party laboratories and focuses on traceability projects, onsite inspections, random testing, and auditing.

Other Deckers brands include Ugg, Teva, Sanuk, and Koolaburra.
